As a Solutions Based provider of fixed income investment management, we recognize that the performance requirements of the fixed income portfolio component are evolving for institutional clients.  Therefore, our goal is to be a "one stop shop" by adding fixed income disciplines that enhance our Core offering to provide solutions to a marketplace being driven by the desire for high alpha/low risk strategies. 

 

HCM will address this need by focusing on investment returns and breadth of products.  Having an outstanding team of analysts and portfolio managers driven by performance is the first step.  Maintaining this team is important, so employees are eligible to receive equity in the firm if they meet certain metrics.  Our clients expect continuity and having our employees as partners will provide the stability that both the clients and Management need.

 

HCM provides investment management services to institutional clients with diversity programs that seek to include minority and woman owned firms among their roster of investment managers. While they wish to have diversity, their fiduciary responsibility dictates that they must obtain competitive investment returns for the benefit of their participants. Further, as their asset allocation needs change, they must find a minority firm that has the investment disciplines they require.
